Present-moment focus
We slow down to what is actually arising: thoughts, sensations, feelings, the shared space between us.
Relational practice
Circling is a relational practice of being present, together. One person, one moment, one shared field of attention: what is actually here, between us, right now?
One-to-one sessions are quieter than a group format. There is time to slow down, notice what arises, and meet it with care, honesty and depth. The work draws on years of contemplative practice and Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy training.
We slow down to what is actually arising: thoughts, sensations, feelings, the shared space between us.
Sessions are offered with the steadiness of a long contemplative practice and trained therapeutic ear.
Nothing to fix, nothing to perform. The work is in noticing, naming and being met.
