Contraindications
- Consult a medical professional before practising if you have any major illness.
- Pregnant women should not carry out this practice.
You will need
- 2 to 3 tsp salt
- 2 litres cold water
- Half a litre of boiling water
- A mug
- A pint glass or large cup
- A 2 litre jug
Order of asana
- Tadasana
- Tiryaka Tadasana
- Kati Chakrasana
- Tiryaka Bhujangasana
- Udarakarshanasana
Frequency of practice
This can be practiced up to once a week, or daily if working with constipation.
